Armenian President Khachaturyan has reportedly approved the law on the country’s accession to the European Union.
On March 26, the Armenian Parliament adopted the “Draft Law on Armenia’s Accession to the European Union” by a majority of votes.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the adoption of the law does not mean that Armenia’s accession process to the European Union has automatically started and that the issue should be put to a referendum.
